Try this proven recipe for pasta with a cream sauce. For a unique twist, use shimeji mushrooms, though you can't go wrong with the classic mushroom variety either. You can easily lighten the recipe by replacing the cream with soy sauce or tahini paste. Bon appétit!

Ingredients

100 g fresh shimeji mushrooms
180 ml hipping cream
2 pcs shallot (onion)
2 pcs slices of butter
alt, ground black pepper
mixture of herbs (basil, oregano)
lemon
chive

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the finely chopped shallots until golden. Rinse the mushrooms and cut them into medium-sized pieces. Add them to the shallots and simmer for about 5 minutes until the mushrooms soften. Pour in the cream and cook for a while (if necessary, thicken with a little potato starch at the end of cooking). Season with salt, pepper, and chili, and sprinkle with lemon. Finally, season with herbs.
