Cut the cleaned chicken breast into small pieces, the garlic into small pieces, and the onion and tomatoes into smaller pieces. Put the pasta in a pot and cook it according to the instructions on the package. Fry the meat in a heated pan with oil (ideally a wok or grill pan). Season it with salt and black pepper. When the meat is browned, add the garlic, onion, and sun-dried tomatoes to the pan. Fry the mixture until golden, stirring occasionally. Then add butter, frozen peas, and chopped parsley. You can add a little water (approx. 0.5 dl); do not add more, as the frozen peas will also release some water. Cover with a lid and simmer until the meat is tender. If the meat is already soft, remove it from the heat and mix the cooked pasta into the pan. Serve sprinkled with Grana Padano cheese.
