To prepare a light lunch or dinner, you need the favorite ingredients of Italian cuisine. You can easily replace dried tomatoes with fresh ones, and if you don't have Parmesan on hand, use Grana Padano cheese. This simple recipe also tastes great with our Fusilli Protein Pasta. Enjoy!

Ingredients

5 pcs clove of garlic
100 g dried tomatoes
80 - 100g black olives (pitted)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp a mixture of flax seeds
80 g parmesan
fresh basil leaves
basil pesto

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to instructions. Brown the sliced garlic in olive oil. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and olives. Mix the basil pesto with the cooked pasta and sprinkle with flax seeds. Sprinkle with fresh basil and cheese shavings. Add olive oil to taste.
