If you like dishes dominated by blue cheese, you will definitely appreciate this recipe. Niva is a type of cheese with a noble blue mold and thus enhances the sauce with its salty-spicy taste. Just add chicken and of course our protein Fettuccine. Bon appetite!

Ingredients

250 g chicken meat
125 g niva cheese
1 processed cheese curry (in casing)
180 ml cooking cream
2 young onions
5 cloves of garlic
salt, ground black pepper, ground red pepper
olive oil

Instructions

Cut the cleaned chicken breast into smaller cubes or strips. Season with salt, pepper and ground red pepper (salt carefully, as the plain is quite salty). Grill the meat in a heated pan (wok or grill pan) with oil. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. When the meat is soft, remove the pan from the heat and transfer the meat to a bowl (leave the pastry in the pan). We will prepare the sauce in the same pan in which we grilled the meat. Finely chop a young onion and add it to the frying pan (add olive oil if necessary). Fry the onion and add crushed garlic. When the onion is fried until golden, pour cream over it and bring to a boil. Mix melted cheese (amount to taste) and grilled meat into the cream. Simmer the meat in the cream sauce for about 5 minutes. We set aside the sauce and add the crushed niva, which gives it a nice flavor and thickens it. Served with cooked pasta.
